• Submit questions or scenarios to our BOD System for analysis
• Upload documents (PDF, DOCX) for context
• Receive multi-perspective insights and recommendations
• Access decision history and previous analyses

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. By using this service, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the age requirements
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You will use this service lawfully and ethically

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password (minimum 8 characters)
• Your full name

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• All activities conducted under your account
• Keeping your information accurate and up-to-date

5. Pricing and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 councils per month, limited features
• Pro: $29/month, 50 councils per month
• Business: $99/month, unlimited councils

5.2 Payment Terms

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month
• You can cancel anytime with no penalty
• Refunds are not available for partial months
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

5.3 Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you may use the service at no cost for the trial period. Your subscription will begin automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

6.1 Rate Limits

To maintain service quality, we enforce rate limits. Excessive use may result in temporary restriction.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or defame others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer or decompile our service
• Sell, distribute, or commercialize our output without permission
• Use our service for automated scraping or mass data collection

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

All content, code, design, and features of our platform are owned by the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our service (questions, documents, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for:

• Processing and providing the service
• Improving our AI models (with anonymization)

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may terminate your account anytime by visiting your dashboard and selecting "Delete Account".

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion with 30 days' notice
