Our platform runs your questions through 5 AI advisors with different thinking styles:
- CRO (Risk Officer): Identifies risks and potential pitfalls
- CSO (Strategy Officer): Challenges assumptions and rebuilds from first principles
- CGO (Growth Officer): Finds opportunities and unconventional solutions
- CCO (Culture Officer): Provides fresh, outsider perspective
- COO (Operations Officer): Focuses on execution, costs, and timelines
You'll need:
- A valid email address
- A secure password (minimum 8 characters)
- A web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Internet connection
2. Account Setup & Email Verification
Creating Your Account

Go to Board of AI Decision
Visit landing.php or click "Try Free" button

Click "Create Account"
In the signup modal, enter your details:
- Name: Your full name
- Email: Valid email address (you'll verify this)
- Password: At least 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers

Check Your Email
We'll send you a verification email. Look for it in your inbox (or spam folder)

Click Verification Link
Click the link in the email to verify your account. You'll be automatically logged in
Forgot Your Password?
No problem! Here's how to reset it:

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page or go to forgot-password.html

Type the email address for your account

We'll send a password reset link valid for 1 hour

Create New Password
Enter your new password (min 8 characters). We'll show you strength feedback

• Use a unique password (don't reuse from other accounts)
• Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
• Avoid personal information (birthdays, names, etc.)
• Never share your password with anyone

4. Creating Your First Council
A "council" is when you ask the 5 AI advisors for their insights on a question or scenario.
Step-by-Step Guide

Login and Go to App
Click "Login" or go directly to the app dashboard

Write Your Question
In the "Your Question" field, type what you want advice on. Be specific!
💡 Tips for Good Questions:

✗ "What should I do?" (too vague)

Choose your industry for tailored advice. Options: General, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain

Upgrading Your Plan

You'll see your current plan and upgrade options

Choose Pro or Business, complete payment (via card or other methods)

Start Using New Features
Your new limit applies immediately. Monthly billing restarts each month
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade anytime. You'll keep access to the upgraded features until your billing cycle ends, then switch to the lower plan.
❓ When Does Your Billing Cycle Reset?
On the same date each month as when you subscribed. For example:
• If you upgrade on April 10 → billing cycles on the 10th each month
• If you've used all 50 monthly councils → come back next month for a fresh quota

❓ I didn't receive the verification email

2. Wait 5 minutes (emails can be slow)
3. Resend verification email from dashboard

❓ I keep getting "Invalid credentials" when logging in

1. Make sure CAPS LOCK is off
2. Verify you're using the correct email
3. If you forgot password, use "Forgot Password?" link
4. After 5 failed attempts, account locks for security (try again in 15 min)
❓ I've used all my monthly councils, what now?

1. Wait until next month for fresh quota
2. Upgrade to Pro (50/month) or Business (unlimited)
3. Delete old councils from history (frees up space)
❓ The BOD System is taking too long to process

2. Click "Delete Account" in Account Management section
3. Confirm (this cannot be undone)
4. Your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days

• Max file size: 5MB
• Max content: 40,000 characters

Q: Are the AI recommendations professional business advice?

No. Our advisors provide informed perspectives, but are NOT professional accountants, lawyers, or consultants. Always validate important decisions with qualified professionals.
Q: How is my data protected?

• Bcrypt password hashing (never stored in plaintext)
• Secure database with access controls

Q: Can I export or download my councils?

You can view and read all your past councils on the Dashboard. Export/download feature coming in a future update.
Q: What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account and BOD System history are retained. You can still view them. If you completely delete your account, all data is removed after 30 days.
Q: Can I use this for my team or company?

Currently, each person needs their own account. Team collaboration features are coming in our Business plan (update in Q3 2026).
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Invoicing and other methods available for Business plan customers.
Q: Do you offer refunds?

No refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Read our
Terms of Service for details.
